  • What is the booking process?
    Step 1 - Please email us to kick start the process. Step 2 - We will schedule a consultation call where you can ask any questions you may have and see if we're the right fit for you. Step 3 - If you're happy to ahead we will send you your contract and booking fee details to secure your date. Step 4 - Feel free to keep in touch throughout your wedding planning, we're here to help with whatever you need. Any major changes, just let us know. Step 5 - A week or two prior to your wedding we will have a call to run through the schedule and finalise the plans for the big day.
  • How do I secure my date?
    Following a consultation call, if you are happy to go ahead we will send you a contract to sign and details for the booking fee. Once both have been delivered to us we will secure your date.
  • Can I pay in instalments?
    Absolutely - we simply require a booking fee to secure your date with final payment made no later than 3 months prior to the wedding day. We're happy to go through all this with you in detail during our consultation call.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We are based out of Cardiff, South Wales but cover weddings all over the UK and abroad. Depending on the location there may be additional travel costs incurred.
  • How long is the coverage?
    We are by your side from morning prep right through to the party antics of the evening, we won't walk away until we're 100% satisfied, no matter how long that takes.
  • How many photos can we expect?
    Every wedding is different, and we will always prioritise quality over quantity, but we guarantee a minimum of 400 images with a complete coverage of the day.
  • When can we expect delivery of our photos and video?
    We guarantee delivery of your complete digital photo album and video within 8 weeks of your wedding day.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If the wedding needs to be postponed, so long as the new date is available to us and we are given ample notice all funds can be carried over. If the booking is cancelled completely all funds will be forfeited.
  • Can you send us raw, unedited photos and videos after our wedding?
    No. We will only ever deliver edited photos and video. However, if you wish to see alternative shots or clips aside from what we initially deliver we are usually happy to help.
  • Will you source another photographer if you cannot make it?
    Absolutely. We have never once had to cancel a wedding, but if there is an emergency, we have a network of amazing photographers and videographers all over the country who would be happy to step in on our behalf.
